Girl Power! Ages 11-14 This girls-only class focuses on developing strong girls. Participants will do a new activity each week – yoga, skin care, boxing, painting and more! Pizza will be included. See times and register
Ages 13-18 This weight training class for teens will focus on learning the basics of strength training, and getting acclimated to the wellness area.
