This water-based exercise class focuses on aerobics, muscle strengthening, and flexibility.
This program follows the guidelines put forth by the National Arthritis Foundation to help participants increase mobility and flexibility. All exercises are approved by the National Arthritis Foundation and are designed for muscle strengthening around the joints and joint range of motion. (18+ years)
