
Step up your training game just in time for the summer. Incorporate pull ups, TRX, lifting, turf workouts and more to your workout routine. All levels of fitness welcome. Workouts will be 45 minutes long. Training starts May 23rd. $15 per class drop in rate or $96 for unlimited monthly classes.
