Under the supervision of the Welcome Center Director, the Membership Services Representative II serves a critical role in executing the new member onboarding process, improving member retention and providing the highest level of customer service. They actively responds to members, guests, and prospective members needs and questions with an emphasis on providing the best customer experience possible. Promotes memberships and assists with program enrollment. They actively works on assigned projects that advance membership engagement, new member onboarding and membership sales. The Membership Services Representative II offers a flexible schedule Sunday-Saturday. This position may require work on nights and weekends.
