The Child Care Enrollment Coordinator will be responsible for utilization and documentation of all children at the Merrimack Valley YMCA. The Child Care Enrollment Coordinator will oversee accounts receivable for childcare accounts, childcare billing, childcare reassessments for vouchers and financial aid and proper documentation for intake files following EEC and MASS DOE guidelines, processing of cash receipts and data entry.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and planning skills are required
- Computer skills – proficiency using standard business software including MS Office
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills to confidently interact with individuals at all levels of authority and the ability to connect with people of diverse backgrounds
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
