The Merrimack Valley YMCA is looking for a dynamic cause driven leader to oversee our child care record keeping at our Methuen Branch.
Under the supervision of the Association’s Controller, the Contracts Administrator will be responsible for utilization and documentation of all children placed on the association’s EEC contracted slots. The Contracts Administrator will also assist in accounts receivable for childcare accounts, childcare billing, childcare reassessments for vouchers and financial aid and proper documentation for intake files following EEC and MASS DOE guidelines, processing of cash receipts and reconciliations, and data entry.
