• Help our Finance team by accurately processing a high volume of invoices on a daily and weekly basis.
• Ensure all necessary information is collected to process invoices and accurately enter vendor information into the operating system
• Manually process cheeks.
• Process and maintain month end close reports when required
• Analyze transactions and vendor statements for accuracy.
• Work close to support the finance staff in other areas as assigned.

• • Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree (Accounting or Finance preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Experience with corporate accounting
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and US GAAP preferred

$20 – $25 per hour.

The hours for the position can be flexible, Monday – Friday for 20 to 25 hours a week.
