Join us for these virtual classes that will help you improve your health through better nutrition and exercises designed especially for seniors.
These conversation-driven classes will take place in two sessions and will address best practices, myths, barriers and ways to create healthy habits such as meal planning. We’ll dive into supplements, macros, vitamin and mineral sources and exercises to address your goals, as well as easy, healthy adjustments you can make to what you eat.
Both sessions: $25 for members, $40 for community
