Thank You For Going The Extra Mile: Dianne Andriolo

Dianne Andriolo is the spirit of the administrative office and the glue to our entire association. I’m not sure what any of us would do without the help and support that Dianne constantly provides while asking for nothing in return. She wears all the hats (very well I’d add), jumps in at any opportunity to help regardless of the project or the time of day, and does it all with ease and grace.

Her multitasking and project management skills go above and beyond and she is a true leader and role model to all other staff. She is constantly sharing and discussing innovative ideas in our group meetings and is often the voice of reason. Nothing and no one compares! She also has an amazing ability to keep the office energy positive and happily listens to the daily struggles of every person who walks by her desk and stops to chat…which is everyone!

Dianne is always the first to say, “how can I help?” You’ll find her collecting food, delivering the food to Lawrence and distributing meals to the community. She schedules and hosts most meetings that are happening at the Y as well as the special events. She keeps the admin office connected and informed and serves as a strong liaison between admin, the branches and the boards. How does she do it all? Thank you Dianne for consistently going above and beyond for our association to make sure things run smoothly. You never miss a beat!
