Join us in person or over Zoom for a five-week program that focuses on wellness and exercise for seniors. Each week we’ll guide participants through a fun fitness or wellness activity. In person space will be limited to nine people, but feel free to join us from home via Zoom if you can’t secure a spot or you don’t feel comfortable coming in. Some events will be exclusively on Zoom.
