Feel stronger and more fit in four weeks. No equipment required! Do the exercises below for one minute each. The next week, follow the same schedule, but add a minute to each exercise. By the end of four weeks, your daily total will be 12 minutes and your body will be stronger and fitter! This is a great full-body workout to do on your own or with the whole family.
