The Y’s indoor pools are the perfect place to swim laps, take lessons or splash around with family and friends. Certified lifeguards staff our pools and our swim lessons are taught by trained instructors. Check out our pool schedules for the most updated calendar of lap and open swim hours.

*Hot tub and steam room close at 12pm on Thursday for scheduled cleaning and maintenance. They should re-open by 6pm.

Ages 13+

Shallow area

Water exercise classes are FREE and available for YMCA members on a first come, first served basis. No advance registration required. When coming in to the Y before a scheduled class, members must sign in to the class registration list located at the Welcome Center in order to confirm their attendance and reserve their spot for the day. Water exercise classes run year-round with no session breaks.

All classes located in the Teaching Pool unless otherwise listed.

1. The Y wants you to have a safe swim experience. Rules will be enforced in accordance to our safety standards
2. A full cleansing shower must be taken by all swimmers. Street clothes or workout clothes are not permitted in pools or hot tub.
3. Bandaids should be removed before entering any pool. No open sores in the pool.
4. No cell phones allowed in pool area or Spa. No pictures or videos.
5. Horseplay is not permitted
6. Families with children should use the appropriate locker rooms. We have a family locker room, boys, girls and locker rooms for adults only.
7. Shoulder length hair or longer should be pulled up to swim. Swim caps should be worn.
8. Children under 7 must have an adult in the water within arm’s reach. Supervision of children from the hot tub is not permitted. Supervision must be within a 2:1 ratio.
9. The lifeguard reserves the right to swim test any swimmer. Those unable to pass a swim test must have an adult in the water.
10. All children in a flotation device must be accompanied by an adult in the water within arm’s reach. No inflatables.
11. Hot tub and Steam room are for those ages 18 or older.
12. Children under 7 must have an adult on the splash pad with them, children 8 and older must have an adult in the family pool area. If the lifeguard observes unsafe activity, parents may be required to stay on the splash pad with a child aged 8 or older.
13. The lifeguard is the sole authority in the pool area. The lifeguard will enforce all pool rules in order to ensure the safety of all swimmers.
14. Management reserves the right to close a pool if it is deemed unsafe at any time.
15. Lifeguards will be subjected to unannounced safety drills, this is to ensure the safety of our swimmers and allow us to practice our rescues. We appreciate your patience during this time, it may cause some interruptions to your swim.

Lap swim: (13 years or older) Lanes are divided by swimmers’ abilities and speed. Number of lanes available is indicated on pool schedules. Please be aware of other swimmers in your lane. See Lifeguard for aid in finding an appropriate lane. Please split lanes with 2 swimmers and circle swim with 3+ swimmers.
Open Swim: ( All Ages) available to all swimmers.
Senior Swim: (ages 55+) Held in the Teaching pool. Leisure swimming for Seniors

Private Swim Lessons can be held at any time in any pool.

Crew/Club Swim Tests are scheduled in advance and are typically held in one lane of the Family Pool at 7pm Monday-Friday and on Sundays at 9am. No appointment needs. Please stop in at the front desk to pay any fees and fill out any paperwork. Please remember to bring swim test form.
